About me

The day the Big Bull, Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, left the world, a new chapter quietly began for me. On 16th August 2022, the very next trading day, I entered the stock market. Maybe India wanted a new Big Bull… just kidding.
Because I am not Rakesh Jhunjhunwala. I am not Harshad Mehta.
I am Aansh Agarwal, a boy from a small town called Guwahati, who was always curious:
"Yeh shares upar neeche kyun hote hain?"
That one question changed everything. My journey actually started in 2020, when I was just 16 years old. While most of my friends were busy with games and social media, I was busy watching stock charts, reading about companies, and trying to understand how the markets worked. I started with virtual trading. I celebrated profits that weren't even real and felt like Warren Buffett whenever my portfolio went up. Then reality arrived. The markets taught me that they don't care about your confidence, predictions, or ego. I started with swing trading, learning patience and discipline, and eventually found my way into futures & options. But I didn't enter F&O looking for quick money—I spent years studying risk, psychology, and the importance of having a process. Some trades made me money. Some trades taught me lessons worth far more than money. Over time, the markets became more than a place to make profits. They became a classroom. This website is a collection of my learnings, mistakes, and experiences in the world of investing and trading. Because at the end of the day, I didn't fall in love with the stock market because of the money. "The markets didn't just change my portfolio. They changed the way I think about life."

Why Follow My Journey?

A few years ago, I was just another curious teenager staring at stock prices and wondering, "How do people actually make money from this?" I didn't have insider knowledge. I didn't have a mentor waiting to show me the way. I had questions. Lots of them. And every answer led to another question. Why do some companies create wealth while others disappear? Why do some investors stay calm during crashes while others panic? Why do markets reward patience and punish emotions? I still don't have all the answers. And that's exactly why this journey is worth following. Because this isn't a story about someone who has figured everything out. It's a story about someone who is figuring it out—one book, one annual report, one mistake, and one lesson at a time. If you've ever looked at a stock chart and felt confused… If you've ever wanted to understand money better… If you believe learning is more important than shortcuts… Then you're not just following my journey. You're walking the same path with me. I don't promise market-beating returns. I promise an honest journey of curiosity, learning, and continuous growth.
